Connecting With My Contacts:
Question - How do I collaborate with my Contact by sharing Postcards, Projects and Messages?
Answer - Go to their profile and in the top right access button (three dots), click “Send Contact Request”. This will send them a request. Once accepted, you can start sharing (Postcards, Projects and Messages etc).

Unable to Send a Contact Request to My Mailbox User:
Question - I have tried to send requests to My Mailbox users. I am receiving an error message to say they are not My Mailbox users.
Answer - One of the My Mailbox security features requires you to obtain from the user their exact email address and phone number they used to register on My Mailbox. These must be entered correctly in their profile you create. If these are incorrect, you will be unable to contact them. Please seek pre-approval from specific users and get them to confirm their exact account details prior to attempting to contact them.
Adding Countdown Timer in Mailbox:
Question - I’ve got contacts in the Contacts page, but they are missing in the Countdown and Homepage. How do I add them to the Homepage?
Answer - Go to their profile and add Contact & Reminder Countdown. They will then appear in the Countdown and Homepage.
Choosing who sees my Postcards:
Question - Are my postcards visible by all my Contacts?
Answer - You must choose which group of contacts (Family, Friends or Business) can see each Postcard you post. If uploading multiple Postcards at the same time, you will also need to individually select who you want to see each Postcard. Swipe to each Postcard in the preview window, then select "Who sees this Postcard" for each one before posting.
Countdown Timer Offline Mode:
Question - If my phone is offline does the Countdown Timer still continue to function as required?
Answer - My Mailbox has been designed to elevate your communications reliability to the next level. As such the Countdown Timer continues to operate - even when you are offline of not within internet range.
Synchronising my Contact Timeframe with a Contact:
Question - I want my Contact’s Countdown Timeframe to match with mine. Is that possible?
Answer - Yes this is possible. Go to their profile and in the top right access button (three dots), click “Share Reminder Time”. This will send them a request. Once accepted, the timeframe for both you

Answer - Yes this is possible. Go to their profile and in the top right access button (three dots), click “Share Reminder Time”. This will send them a request. Once accepted, the timeframe for both you and the specified Contact will be identical. Reset after contacts by each individual (separately) will impact on their Countdown.

Issue with Importing Contacts from my Phone:
Question - I am trying to import Contacts from my phone into My Mailbox, but it’s not giving access to my full list of Contacts.
Answer - You may have directly or indirectly restricted My Mailbox’s access to you Contacts list. To rectify, go to your phones SETTINGS & SECURITY SECTION and change the Contact access for My Mailbox to Full Access.

No Intention to Contact Via My Mailbox:
Question - Can I create Contacts I’m My Mailbox even if I do not want to contact them via My Mailbox?
Answer - Yes. Some users utilise the reminder feature only and use other methods to contact them. If you don’t intend to make contact with an individual via My Mailbox, their details you enter do not need to match the email address and phone number they used to register on My Mailbox.
Multiple Device Login in Mailbox:
Question - How can I use my account on multiple devices?
Answer - It possible to log into multiple devices. But for security reasons, authenticating message can only be sent to the mobile number you set up the account with.
Time at Contact’s Location:
Question - I have Contacts in different countries and time zones. How do I see the exact time at each of their locations?
Answer - Edit each Contact and add their Country, State and City. That will show the time at each of their locations.
Birthday Reminders in Mailbox:
Question - How do I get birthday reminders for my Contacts?
Answer - Edit each Contact and add their birthdate. Their birthdate will appear on their profile view and each year you will be reminded of their birthday to wish them happy birthday.
Deleting My Mailbox Account:
Question - How can I delete my account?
Answer - To delete your account, click on your profile photo or go to the settings page click “My Profile”. Then scroll to the bottom and click “Delete Account”.
NOTE - This action deletes your activities entirely and cannot be reversed
